The Details*
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Information about the referring party must be given by the referred buyer on their Birch & Beam Vision Form and must include – Name, Address, Phone # and Email Address.
- Employees of Birch & Beam and their immediate family members are ineligible.
- Birch & Beam LLC may terminate this program at any time. Birch & Beam LLC may deny any request for payment of “referral fees” for any reason.
- This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Some restrictions may apply.
- Offer is valid for any Birch & Beam Custom Home or Remodeling & Additions project of $100,000 or more.
- One gift card per referral; one referral per referred buyer home, addition or renovation purchase.
- Gift cards will be awarded within 30 days of settlement of the referred buyer's Birch & Beam project.
- Not valid on real estate professional co-op sales.
